(14837) Tyrone - Tower Hill Rd

Parking lot at the bottom of the entrance to the Sugar Hill Fire Tower campground. Since the campground doesn't open until mid-May, you can spend the night in the parking lot. A ranger even confirmed that we could park there. You only have to register somewhere if you stay 3 or more nights. We only spent one very quiet night in the forest. Note: western entrance only for vehicles <5t (probably because the mountain road is too steep)
