Bedafs~Hofke Mini - Camping

Description of the campsite itself. A campsite for peace, space, relaxation and Brabant cosiness! What we often hear from guests: "What a wonderful place to cycle and walk, you can go in all directions!" At our mini campsite there are hobby animals such as Lakenvelder cows, a goat, sheep and chickens. Furthermore, there is a tree nursery of avenue and park trees at the campsite. There is arable farming and a caravan storage. You can come to us with your caravan, camper, trailer tent or tent. We have 25 beautiful spacious pitches. The campsite is car-free. You can also rent our chalet or 1 of our two cozy log cabins/hikers' cabins. Camping Bedafs Hofke is a well-kept, rural, quiet and cozy campsite in the green! Our campsite is located west of Uden, approximately 2.5 km from the center. There are many nice shops, cozy terraces and eateries! There is a market every Monday morning. There is a cinema, theater and swimming pool. A few minutes walk from our campsite are two restaurants/cafeterias, a beautiful large climbing park and the Bedafse Bergen where you can enjoy a lovely walk. Café/restaurant "De Bedafse Pier" is a cozy place where you can have a nice bite to eat and relax on the outdoor terrace. From there you can walk straight into the beautiful "Bedafse Bergen", enjoyment for young and old! Or to the "Duco" restaurant where you can also eat well and with a nice terrace. Next to the Duco restaurant is a beautiful and fun climbing park "de Mastworp". If you want to rent bicycles or mountain bikes, you can also do so at the Mastworp. Mountain bike routes start from there, you can get cycling and walking routes and all kinds of information. You can also play midget golf there. We are located between the "Bedafse Bergen", a beautiful sand drift with forests, and the unique "Wijstgronden" where the "Peelrandbreuk" is clearly visible with spring water on the higher grounds. Wijst grounds are rare and are almost non-existent elsewhere in Europe. The Wijst area between Uden and Vorstenbosch was declared a geological monument by the Province of Noord-Brabant in 2004. Within walking distance from our campsite you can discover the unique Wijst phenomenon! Paul (owner of the campsite) is a nature guide and can tell you everything about this beautiful nature reserve nearby! Paul regularly takes the campsite guests for a walk where he explains about this area. Our area is therefore ideal for beautiful cycling routes, mountain bike routes and hiking tours. As is the beautiful nature reserve "de Maashorst". The largest contiguous nature reserve in Brabant! It is also called the Oergebied in Brabant, thanks to its enormous diversity and special natural values. It is a varied landscape with heathlands, fens, drifting dunes and even burial grounds. There are nice cycle paths everywhere, including the "Slingerpad" which is very worthwhile! Using the junction routes, you can set out beautiful routes yourself that start from the campsite. We have also created beautiful cycling/walking routes for you. During the cycling route, there is ample opportunity to grab a drink somewhere on a terrace and enjoy the Burgundian, Brabant cosiness. Or to enjoy the peace and nature! Our campsite is centrally located between large cities such as 's-Hertogenbosch (25 km), Nijmegen (35 km) and Eindhoven (35 km), where there are also many recreational opportunities. "Bedafs-Hofke" is the place to relax and enjoy!
