There's a tap. We didn't check if it's drinking water, but it should be sufficient for everything else. During shop opening hours, it's almost impossible to park right by the fountain; you have to carry water canisters. Later, when the shops are closed and the parking lots aren't so full, you can probably fill it up with a hose.
