***Accessible only to vehicles under 2 meters (the barrier indicates 1.90)*** Parking is available along the dirt road overlooking the Gardon River. We had a wonderful afternoon. With the sun low, the colors of the water were magnificent. The more adventurous could swim, but the walk out of the water was quite steep, although the temperature was perfect! Very peaceful at dusk; the main sounds were cowbells from the field behind and the muffled sound of a few trucks passing (the highway is visible in the distance). Early in the morning (6 a.m.), the fishermen were very friendly and discreet, and camped not far away. According to them, the area can be busy on weekends. Unfortunately, there was some trash on the surrounding land. We collected a large bag of trash before leaving.
