Gudbrandsjuvet Camping

Welcome to us at Gudbrandsjuvet Camping. We are an older, smaller campsite that is located around our farm. "Alstadsæter Oppigarden" with a wonderfully calm atmosphere with great nature around us, surrounded by beautiful mountains and rushing rivers. We have large areas for motorhomes/caravans, tents and hammocks. Here you stay with other guests, or withdraw a bit and be a bit to yourself, if you wish. We have 8 cabins of a simple standard, approx. 9m2 inside, with bunk beds for 4 people per cabin. 1 of the 8 cabins is only for 2 people with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed. All cabins are equipped with electricity, cooking facilities, fridge, WI-FI. We have just over 30 pitches for motorhomes, caravans with electricity access. We have facilities for emptying black water and gray water. We also have plenty of tent pitches, we have 2 very nice Glamping tents for rent(se our homepage and also an area for hanging hammocks outside in beautiful nature. The campsite has a shared kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, cold/hot water and some kitchen equipment. But recommend bringing what you might need. We have a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for a fee. All our accommodation prices include a shower in our shared sanitary facility. The women's department with shower/toilet is brand new, refurbished and looks very good. The area around the campsite has many great hiking opportunities in beautiful, fantastic nature, mountain peaks, mountain lakes, rivers, etc. We are also in the middle of the "Valldalsleden", a path/road that the Viking king Olav Haralsson (Olav the Holy) took when he escaped the country from his enemies in the winter of 1028-1029.
