Parking at Villa Westend. It's near the Westbroekplas lake, where swimming is permitted. It's also an off-leash dog park, with picnic tables and trash cans. Signs indicate there should be public restrooms, but I didn't visit them myself. I did happen to stumble upon a lamppost with a working outlet in the parking lot, which was handy because the power station needed some juice. It's recommended to only use that power point if absolutely necessary. This way, it will hopefully remain available for those who need to recharge.
