Campingplatz Wacholder Park

Wacholderpark Campsite - Very nice, simple, natural campsite. Idyllic and wonderfully green, right on the Aller River, nestled among forests and meadows! There are many shady and private spots where you can stay completely alone with your RV. You can also park on the large meadow right next to the river, with a great view of the adjacent large horse pasture. There is an older and a newer laundry building, both very well maintained. Very friendly owners and, at least in the summer, a small, cozy shop where you can order bread rolls. In good weather, you can also enjoy a cold drink at the small, rustic bar. Good starting point for bike tours (Aller Cycle Path/Aller-Leine Valley), hikes, or walks. You can also cycle to Celle on beautiful paths. We were just passing through and stayed for a few days!
