(SO23 8QX) Winchester - 7 Durngate Terrace

On road parking or camping within a dead end street. Free after 6pm single yellow. Small parking area with no facilities. Next to a pub and a chalk stream. Central to Winchester town center and very quiet. A real secret spot but space is limited. Additional paid parking is available across the road in durngate parking if the spot is full. There's no height limit but if you're bigger than a VW camper it's better to park in the car park as the lane is narrow. Free trout chalk stream fishing all the way down the river as it's public land. Just have a rod license and expect to be challenged. Locals do it all the time but I suggest you do your own research.
