(SO23 9NP) Winchester - 23 Garnier Road

Free (small) car park over night with a 4 hour limit (no return) between 8am and 6pm we stayed overnight and then had a lovely walk up to the Iron Age hill fort. We’re woken up by busy cyclists, runners, dog walkers and tourists in the morning which was surprisingly annoying because they were so loud! But it’s a popular place for the weekend I guess! Cafe and toilets if needed. Flat carpark. Lovely surrounding countryside and not far from the city centre at all. Good for one night I would say.
