Welcome to the Werbsiepen Horse Farm! The farm is located directly on the Marscheid Forest and 5 minutes from the Ronsdorf A1 motorway junction. From there, you'll also pass a camping shop in case you've forgotten anything ;-) Wuppertal offers you: * A ride on the world-famous, listed suspension railway * The Pina Bausch Opera House and Dance Theater * The historic Stadthalle * The Friedrich Engels House * The Sculpture Park * Von der Heydt Museum * ... ... and our Werbsiepen Horse Farm! Since our priority is the maintenance of the farm and its facilities for the horses, we have neither a utility nor a waste disposal system nor a fancy spa; You are welcome to use our stable restrooms. We offer you the opportunity to stay overnight as a self-catering guest on a large, natural meadow behind the barn with direct access to the forest. In addition, two areas have now been leveled, freshly seeded, and are now available to you. Here you can simply unwind... ...start your day with relaxing walks through the Marscheid Forest... ...sit down and feel how calming and relaxing it is to watch the horses graze. Our horse farm is a boarding facility, where the horses are well cared for by their owners. It's important to us that the animals have their own space; this also means that you don't feed them or simply touch them – certainly none of you would want us to approach you without asking and scratch your nose ;-) Feel free to contact us about this and about interacting with the horses.
