(TS15 9BU) Yarm - Low Church Wynd

Yarm town centre, right next to rail viaduct , but local line, not many trains.. Seem to stop about 2200. Other side of car park opposite viaduct, noisy in the morning from the Yarm martial arts school ( windows open in summer, lots of shouting kids!) But, essentially quiet until cars start arriving in the morning, lots of slamming doors.. BUT...from 10 till 8 it's really quiet. Nor apparent restrictions, free from 1700 to 0900, then £3 a day from 0900 to 1700! High Street very close but can't hear it. Selection of nice Trattoria / wine bars..but pubs a bit of a no go, at least on a Friday night... The young crazies are out in force, bouncers on every door. Not a pint of real ale to be had anywhere!
