Very quiet spot next to a lake. It's a protected area for migration of many birds (there are really a lot of them flying around, especially at sunset). The access road is unmarked, but easy to spot on your right coming from Tabriz. Good for big vehicles and no need of 4x4, there are a few holes but no need of high cleareance. There is plenty of space for everyone and if you are lucky you can find a spot under trees for some shade. At the entrance there is a checkpoint used by the rangers where you can use the toilets. Continuing south just right after exiting the lake access road there is a campsite open 8am to 8pm where it's possibile to take a hot shower for 10k tomans (35 cents). We had a very peaceful night. Please keep the area clean and tidy.
